Memberships – Usage and Conditions

Memberships are conditioned on your compliance with the following rules and terms: Monthly Personal Membership and Annual Personal Membership are only for individual users and usernames/passwords are not to be shared. The membership must be personal and no generic corporate emails, such as info@, sales@, contact@ are permitted – please note those memberships must be personal. Sharing your log-in name and password with others is a violation of this Agreement and is grounds for immediate termination of your subscription, without a full or partial refund of your subscription fee. All active members with a Terroir Sense Wine Review Annual Corp-Membership may use the tasting notes in connection with offering the wines for sale or doing marketing for the wines – provided that Terroir Sense Wine Review is properly credited (“Terroir Sense Wine Review” or “Terroir Sense”). The user of the tasting note is responsible for ensuring the quoted information is correct and as published by Terroir Sense Wine Review. Reproduction of any articles, maps, photos, images, tasting notes and scores published by Terroir Sense Wine Review is strictly forbidden. Violation of any of the above conditions, as they are determined by Terroir Sense Wine Revie, will result in immediate termination of the subscription without any refund of any subscription fee. All who infringe or violate the terms and conditions, including non-subscribers, will be pursued using all legal measures available.

The membership is personal, as mentioned under Memberships – usage and conditions. The normal price for Terroir Sense Wine Review valid one user is currently 12.9 US Dollar for the membership of one month. During campaigns discounts can be offered. Annual Personal Membership is offered as a one-year membership which permits the member to get full access and updates to all our articles and tasting notes on the website with the duration of one year. The membership is personal, as mentioned under Memberships – usage and conditions. The normal price for Terroir Sense Wine Review valid one user is currently 119 US Dollar for the membership of one year. During campaigns discounts can be offered. Annual Corp-Membership is offered as a one-year membership for the professional users of Terroir Sense Wine Review, which permits the member to get full access and updates to all our articles and tasting notes on the website with the duration of one year. Your Annual Corp-Membership grants you a temporary copyright and trademark license for the duration of the membership to use the Terroir Sense Wine Review’s tasting notes – scores and comments and logo in marketing, sales, and presentation material of the wines, provided that you attribute Terroir Sense Wine Review when quoting source content as mentioned under Memberships – usage and conditions. The normal price for Annual Corp-Membership valid one user is currently 119 US Dollar for the membership of one year. During campaigns discounts can be offered.

What do you get

The memberships give you full access to read all the content, including articles, tasting notes – scores and comments, maps, photos and images on Terroir Sense Wine Review (terroirsense.com) – the content currently on the site, and content added during the membership period. Please note the membership is a package that include all the content produced over the years that Terroir Sense Wine Review have been in operation. By subscribing you get access to all these articles – until the subscription ends or is terminated.

Processing Orders

As soon as you hit "submit", assuming credit card approval, our system will immediately send you an e-mail response acknowledging your membership. (A declined order is usually due to using an invalid credit card, a typo while inputting the number or expiration date, or a fraud prevention placed on a card, in which case you need to contact your credit card company.) This automated e-mail reply might be diverted by a "spam filtering" system, so we strongly recommend that you keep a close eye on your e-mail, including "junk" folders, after placing your subscription order. Also, take care to enter your e-mail address exactly. Even a minor typo may make it impossible for us to contact you.

Term of Membership and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise previously terminated, subscriptions are for one month or one year depending on your membership plan. Using the information you provided when you registered, we will attempt to notify you several weeks before your membership expires so as to remind you of the renewal. Your subscription will then be automatically renewed unless you turn off the automatic renewal by visiting the online "Membership Account" page(https://terroirsense.com/membership-account) and change your account information. Personal membership fees and Corp-Membership fees are strictly not refundable.

Termination of Your Membership

Any violation of the conditions of use or use of the content beyond what is specifically permitted in this term of use is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without notice and without a right of refund of your subscription fee, and may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights, for which we reserve the right to seek damages, legal fees and costs.

Use of Cookies

When you sign onto our website, you are assigned a personal identification number which is sent to your device in the form of a small text file called a "cookie." This cookie allows us to monitor your use of our website. This is done only for the purpose of protecting us and protecting you should your Username and Password become available to someone other than you.
