Looking back to 2015\u2014a pivotal year\u2014when Burgundy\u2019s terroirs were designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, the spirit of \u201chonoring origins, remaining faithful to terroir\u201d deeply resonated with us. Over the past ten years, with the dedicated support of Aubert de Villaine (Co-owner of Domaine de la Roman\u00e9e-Conti) and hundreds of leading global terroir advocates and scholars, the International Terroir Symposium has grown from a dream seed into a towering tree bridging China and the world in terroir values.<\/p>\n
